Stewart Pierson, D.P.M.

Dr. Stewart Pierson is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science, Human Health while graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2008. He went on to complete his studies at Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in 2014.

Dr. Pierson completed his residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida in 2017. He was chief resident from July 2016 - June 2017. While participating in rotations in Wound Care, Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Pathology, Vascular & Plastic surgery and other surgical and non-surgical specialties, he is highly trained in diabetic foot care, advanced wound care and limb salvage techniques.

He is licensed/certified to practice podiatric medicine in Alabama (2017), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (2016), and National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners (2016).

Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Pierson was a past KSUCPM Presidential Scholarship recipient, 2010-2011. Dr. Pierson is also a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, 2006 - present.

In Dr. Pierson's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Chera and their 4 children. He also enjoys mountain biking, gardening, reading and is in the process of writing his first novel.
